Appointed to the court of Louis XIV as a young woman, Jacquet de la Guerre's vibrant and fiercely original output included ballets, chamber music, cantatas, solo works for harpsichord and opera. She was widely considered in her time to be one of Versailles’ most formidable composers, improvisers and performers.

In this unmissable event, dynamic Baroque collective HIP Company bring these masterpieces to life, against a stunning backdrop of original choreography by acclaimed French ballerina, Claire Voss.
